What we do
What are PCBs?
What are PCBs?

Printed circuit boards form the basis of all electronic devices in our daily lives; they are used in automotive, solar, aerospace and industrial electronics, among others. A printed circuit board, or PCB, is the carrier for electronic components that make an electrical connection. Printed circuit boards are customized products and require an exact description of the specific performance of the individual board.

Trainee

"Work is better than school ? No joke! Well, I personally think you are accepted super quickly as a full-fledged employee. The ratio between "working independently" and "getting support" is also super balanced. There is a lot of praise for good work and constructive feedback for mistakes. You learn a lot and the work is fun!"

"When I started my Traineeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant in 2009, we were a small company. I was able to experience the steady growth and am proud to be a part of this global company now. Through various trainings and exciting projects, I was able to develop myself further. We are a strong team that sticks together and can count on each other's support."

Front Office

"My name is Anke and I have been responsible for the front office at Fineline for four years. My tasks include fleet management, organization of travel activities for all employees, procurement of all kinds of materials, trade fair organization, procurement of advertising materials, and much more. I also serve as an interface for all other branches, you could also call me the "mother of the company". I feel very much at home with my "Fine Liners", even though things can sometimes get very hectic. Here with us, values are lived and not just represented on paper. Everyone is there for everyone, no matter what situation you are in, I like that very much. Our employees are mixed from "young" to "old" and that makes me very happy. Fineline also means good products, good service and good employees."

"I joined Fineline in 2018 as part of my traineeship in wholesale and foreign trade management, which I successfully completed in the summer of 2020. Since then, I have been able to perform various activities, so I started in the order processing department and I am now supporting my own customer base with advice and support. Additionally, I act as a link between our international IT (department) and our - the local team - to optimize system technical processes."

Fabio O.
Account Manager

"I started my career at Fineline in 2017. In the beginning, I worked in inside sales for 4 years. This work and the contact with customers, made me want to move to outside sales and take the next step in my career.”

Huub S.
PCB Design Ingenieur

"As a member of the design team, you are the central connecting leader, between five department members: The customer schematics developer, the customer mechanical engineer, the bare board manufacturer, the assembly house and your own design department. It is a challenging and exiting helicopter role, with the full power to make everybody happy inside the chain . The harder the job, the bigger your satisfaction is, when you finish the job and the greater respect the customer will give you for future projects."

Quality Assurance

"I like being at Fineline - previously in inside sales and since the beginning of 2018 as a QA assistant in quality assurance. Here I keep in touch with customers who have reported a problem to us and do the commercial part of the complaints processing. My colleagues in QA are mainly technicians - and so we complement each other perfectly."
