We are looking for a highly motivated sales person (m/f/d) who feels comfortable in a technology-oriented environment and wants to actively shape the inside sales team.

In this role, you will be the face of "Fineline " and the central point of contact for internal and external customers.  You will manage the sales process from quotation to delivery and ensure that the customer is satisfied at every stage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Negotiate costs, production and optimization opportunities with your customers and partners
  • Build and maintain close customer relationships
  • Finding optimal solutions for your customers' needs and specifications
  • Answer internal and external customer questions for your customers and contacts
  • Create quotations, process orders and manage deliveries
  • Working closely with our engineers, operations managers, business development managers and account managers

Job Requirements

  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship (or equivalent) and more than 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Technical skills and knowledge
  • Good communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs
  • Very good knowledge of German or Dutch
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Pro-active, assertive, result oriented and flexible
  • Knowledge of printed circuit boards is an advantage, but not required
  • Knowledge of the ERP system AX and/or the CRM system Salesforce is an advantage, but not required

A printed circuit board, or PCB, is the carrier for electronic components that make an electrical connection. Printed circuit boards are customized products and require an exact description of the specific performance of the individual board.
